Online Training

Now accepting a limited number of clients for intensive, supportive, 1-on-1 custom online training.

What’s included:

  • Custom diet(s)

  • 3 to 7 day detailed daily training split (based on your goals, body type, schedule, etc.)

  • Before photos and biweekly progress photos

  • Changes and modifications to your program as needed

  • Grocery list for easy shopping

  • Daily communication to ensure all your questions are answered

 

PACKAGE TWO

In-Person Training

$150 per session

One-on-one personal training within 10 mile radius of Santa Monica, CA.

Appointment made after booking.
